Brian Flanagan

Principal

Brian Flanagan is an Executive Producer and owner of Intentional Content.  From 2009 to 2015, Flanagan founded and served as Managing Partner of Magilla Entertainment and from 2007 to 2009 he was Vice President of Current Series and Development of Original Media.  Flanagan has Executive Produced over 50 non-scripted series and specials including hits like Rachael Ray’s 30 Minute Meals (Food Network), Long Island Medium (TLC), Moonshiners (Discovery) and Beachfront Bargain Hunt and How Close Can I Beach (HGTV).  Flanagan has a background in creative producing and directing and holds an MFA in Script Development from Columbia University’s School of the Arts.

Anthony Amoia

Principal

Anthony Amoia is an Executive Producer and owner of Intentional Content. With over 15 years of experience, Anthony has made an impact starting as an editor and producer helping to stylize ground breaking shows like MTV's Cribs to HBO's 24/7. From there he has executive produced such critically acclaimed series as Rachael Ray’s 30 Minute Meals (Food Network), Being Liverpool (FOX), How Close Can I Beach (HGTV) as well as My Grandma's Ravioli (Cooking Channel) and multiple series for Discovery, HLN and CBS.

Sean Lee

Principal

Sean Lee is the Executive Vice President and owner of Intentional Content where he oversees the development and production of all original programming.  From 2011 to 2016 Sean was VP and then SVP of Development and Current Series at Magilla Entertainment, where he developed Beachfront and Lakefront Bargain Hunt for HGTV and Rattled for TLC, among other projects for networks including MTV, VH1, Travel, A&E, History, OWN, Investigation Discovery and Fuse.  Prior to Magilla, Sean worked for nearly a decade at MTV as a showrunner and development exec in the network's award-winning News & Docs division, focused primarily on pro-social programming such as Choose or Lose and MTV Diary.  While there he also produced a diverse slate of music-based docs on A-list artists like Eminem, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake and more, as well as live music news content for flagship programs like TRL and the VMA's.  Additionally, Sean led the team responsible for developing MTV’s first brand integrated, cross-platform digital content.  An Emmy-nominated creative with a background in writing, directing, producing and music scoring, Sean has a strong track record of making TV as well as selling it.  He is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Donna Brucale

Controller

Donna has over two decades of accounting and financial experience in the entertainment industry, in large and small companies alike, beginning her career as the Director of Finance and Operations for Sony Music Studios, working with renown artists such as Beyonce, Mariah Carey and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. After 13 years with Sony, Donna became the Controller of Next New Networks, where she ran the financial operations. After assisting Next New Networks with an acquisition by Google, Donna became Corporate Controller of Leftfield Pictures where she was in charge of the Accounting and HR departments and implemented company-wide policies & procedures, which helped Leftfield expand into one of the largest non-scripted production houses in the country. In addition to her Controller responsibilities, she also oversaw Production Accounting on over 20 shows, including Pawn Stars, American Restoration, Counting Cars and Oddities. Donna attained an accounting degree from Baruch College.
